Blizzard has released its own World of Warcraft iPhone app, dubbed Mobile Armory.
It’s a free download and lets you keep track of your characters and their stats, your in-game calendar, equipment and achievements, among other things. Although you can’t actually do anything that’ll affect your character’s progression, this seems like a great way for World or Warcraft fans to make sure they keep themselves up-to-date with the real world - not the fake, shallow world where you spend your time working, going to the supermarket and watching TV.
As you might expect of an official Blizzard production, plenty of polish has been applied to the app’s interface, with icons used made to be in-line with the World of Warcraft art style
You need to connect to your account whenever you start up the app though, so you’ll need either a Wi-Fi connection or other Internet signal.
Head down to the App Store to check out Blizzard’s World of Warcraft Mobile Armory.
