Derek reveals a brand new game mechanic that is slated to be introduced with the release of patch 2.3. The change involves the various caster classes in the game, and how silence and interrupt effects will now be affected by diminishing returns.
“This is a gigantic step in the wrong direction” Derek exclaims, point out how it reduces the skill required to successfully player a healer or caster class in the game.
