For the Hallow's End yearly event Blizzard has created a new level 70 elite boss in the Scarlet Monetary Grave Yard: The Headless Horseman. You can fight him once a day, for fourteen days. He drops the following items, all of which are EPIC, except for the non-epic flying broom:
- Epic melee ring.
- Epic healing ring.
- Epic caster ring.
- Epic plate helm.
- The broom mount.
- The epic broom mount.
